From Admin > Settings > Versioning Settings, Admins can manage settings related to creating new versions of a document.

Versioning Settings

These options allow you to enable or disable:

  • Enable Upload New Version: Lets users with the appropriate permissions upload a new source file for a document.
  • Allow Create Draft from existing source content: Lets users duplicate a document’s current source file and use the duplicate as the source file for a new draft version.
