Vault extracts metadata from uploaded videos, audio files, and images. This metadata appears in the File Info section within the Doc Info page fields panel.
The File Info section only lists properties that are present in the file metadata. If a file doesn’t contain a metadata property, for example, Image Description, Vault won’t display or populate that field.
Note: This feature is automatically available with PromoMats. In other applications, an Admin must choose to enable it.
